A recycled material is a material that has been reprocessed from a recovered material, by means of a manufacturing process, and then, included in a final product or component.
The manufacturing company must be committed to the use of recycled packaging, both in the product distribution and in the final product presentation box for the consumer.
Verification: declaration of compliance from the packaging supplier
Any packaging supplier must guarantee through the corresponding responsible declaration that its corrugated cardboard comes from 100% recycled material and complies with the Law 11/1997 of April 24, on Containers and Packaging Waste, transposition of the European Directive 94 / 62 / CE in chapter V, article 13 "Requirements for packaging and safety conditions".
